The Crosta & Mollica journey began when our founder, James, was a graduate agricultural technologist working with a company that imported Italian fruit. Whilst driving through the beautiful Italian countryside, he was stopping off to visit farmers and their families who grew and cooked the most delicious food. It didn’t take long to fall in love with all things Italian and in particular with the huge variety of regional breads and bakery products he discovered on his travels.
Crosta & Mollica, translated from the Italian for ‘crust & crumb,’ was founded with a desire to make great Italian food that brings friends and family all together. We are dedicated to helping you discover the finest bakery products and artisan specialities that Italy has to offer. Our product range is authentically Italian and made to traditional recipes with simple ingredients and natural flavours.
